Here are my valid reasons on why I think this workout is the perfect home workout-

  • 1 – This home workout is all done in a very small space, but still delivers plenty of cardiovascular exercise like jogging would.
  • 2 – Not everyone has exercise equipment at home like dumbbells, multi gyms or free weights. However this workout will deliver some benefits you would get from this equipment without using it.
  • 3 – If you have a smart TV, tablet/laptop with internet access, this workout can be done in any room of the house. However you must have that small amount of space needed.
  • 4 – Like all my workout videos I have placed visual start and stop signals. This way you can mute the video once you have learnt the exercises. Why? So you can play your own music in the background via your home music system.
  • 5 – You get to spend time with me in your home without having to supply me with tea and biscuits. Undoubtedly a win win lol.
  • 6 – It is 100% absolutely FREE.

So there you have it. Some very good reasons why this home exercise routine is called the perfect home workout. Its not just someone writing an attractive title.

The Perfect Home Workout

Here are the exercises we are performing in this home workout in case you would like to screenshot it-

WARM UP!

Keep repeating all exercises for about 30 seconds.

  1. Drop Punch – press up then 4 punches
  2. Toe Taps x 10 followed by 5 bum lifts
  3. 4 Punches – 4 Kicks – While Standing
  4. Toe Taps
  5. Plank – Left foot out, Right foot out, Both feet out
  6. Ab Circles
  7. Fast Feet, STOP, 4 Punches
  8. Forward Lunge Alternative legs
  9. Reverse Lunge, Kick
  10. Basketball Pick up & chuck

2 MINUTE REST

  1. Walk Out Press Up
  2. Toe Tap Bum Lifts
  3. Jack Knives
  4. 4 Star Jumps – 4 Punches
  5. Burpee – Left Punch – Right Punch
  6. Cannon Ball Sit Ups
  7. Freefall 4’s
  8. Lunge – Punch
  9. Standing Toe Taps
  10. Fast Feet, STOP, Punch Up and Across

DONE!

This workout is great for a cardiovascular blast, also working on most the muscle groups. Because we are not using any weights you can do this workout as often as you want. I have created 2 programs with this perfect home workout in so you never have to worry about timetables.

These are basically workout programs showing you what to do and when to do it. What’s more is they can all be done in the comfort of your own home. Providing you have some kind of weights set up for the 15 week program obviously.

12 week program

The 12 week workout program has very light dumbbell weights in some of the workouts. But if you don’t own any weights you can start with a couple of small bottles or 2 tins of beans. once you’ve done some of the routines you will realise you want to get more involved. Then you can invest in some small dumbbells.

The 15 week program involves a lot more weight lifting but also some of the fat burning workouts. This program can be done by men or women simply by adjusting the weights and reeditions.

I must say, I think you 12 week program should be called The Perfect 12 week home exercise program. But I wont go into that. LOL
