Stretch Exercise Routines

It is so important to do some stretching exercises as often as you can, especially if you are doing some kind of weight training. The more weights you do the tighter your body becomes. I always tell people who workout with weights to do 2 things, 1- Stretch as much as possible and 2- Try to do some kind of punch routine to keep you loose and flexible. I myself have not yet made any stretching workout routines, so I have picked a few good ones I have tried and tested.

This next one is a bit longer, I try to do this once a week and it definitely keeps me flexible.
