My new Multi Gym Workout program will be similar to my 12 week and 15 week workout programs and equally as good. I will make a series of videos exercising different muscle groups but all with the multi gym. Then once I have all the various workouts I will create a timetable and playlist. This way it will be very easy to follow just like my other programs. When I do for example the multi gym bench press, I will have directions for men and women.

My best Multi Gyms on Amazon

For the most part of the day I have been searching through Amazon and found a few good Multi gyms. My gym set up at the moment does not contain a multi gym. But these are ones I would go for due to the quality and price. I would probably go for the cheapest one because I’m a bit tight. But to be honest I did buy one years ago for £900 and it wasn’t half as good as the RS 90XLS below. The Sporzon has more weight for a bit more cash and is very similar to the one im using in the video. Also comes with the handy front arm rest which is good for curling.

Here are some handy attachments that I always use. However check what attachments come with a multi gym if you are investing in one. Just to make sure you are not buying the same attachment twice.

Clearly, these are my first you tube videos from way back. They stay on my channel because they bring in views and nothing has changed with the exercise. As I said before I am in the process of creating new videos for the multi gym. The problem is I dont own a multi gym anymore lol, but I will get there and bring these videos up to the standard of my other videos.

Multi Gyms are undoubtedly a great piece of equipment to have. But if I had a choice between FREE WEIGHTS and a multi gym I think I would choose free weights. Why? Well with free weights you can always add to the set up, but to start you will need a bench for pressing, dumbbells, bars and obviously the weights. So when I say add to the set up I mean more weights and different kinds of bars.

Personally when it comes to curling I would always use free weights as the pulley system doesn’t really feel good for me. I’m just saying this in case you are wondering weather to buy a multi gym or free weights. You could always start my 12 WEEK PROGRAM with no equipment while you are thinking about it.
