Man boobs, also known as MOOBS by mixing the two words together affects more men then you would think. The medical name for this condition is Gynecomastia (guy-nuh-koh-MAS-tee-uh) which is an increase in the amount of breast gland tissue in males. The cause is due to an imbalance of both hormones testosterone and estrogen.

Now this sounds kind of scary, however a very large percentage of men who think they have Gynecomastia don’t. Basically there are 2 reasons a man may have man boobs.

1- Gynecomastia -As we spoke about.

2- Too much fat build up around the chest due to lack of diet and exercise. it is far too easy just to assume you have a medical condition.

The above workout will blitz your chest muscle no matter what difficulty level you do. I would rather you do the hardest but this may not be possible. Start with the hardest and switch to easy half way through if you have to.

  1. – SHOULDER WIDTH press ups X 10
  2. – WIDE WIDTH press ups X 10
  3. – DIAMOND CLOSE WIDTH press ups X 10
  4. – SLOW PACE SHOULDER WIDTH press ups X 05
  5. – ELEVATED SHOULDER WIDTH press ups X 10

Try to push yourself to do the hardest levels. You will soon see and feel the changes after a month. Although this depends on your condition at the start.

You have a choice whether to do the first workout 3 times a week or this one. You can do both on different days if you wish so. This chest exercise workout will do pretty much the same as the first one. However it is a bit older but still does the trick.

Remember the more you put in the quicker your results. This workout will work all areas of the chest muscle. The high amount of repetitions will burn more fat around the pectoralis area.

Doing a chest exercise with heavy weights will help your body produce more testosterone and help with the hormone balance. However the problem here is the bigger you chest muscle gets the more it will push out the breast shape.

What if you still have man boobs after months of doing these workouts?

If you have really tried your hardest with these workouts and you still feel you have a Gynecomastia problem. My advice would be to see your local doctor. The first thing he will or should suggest is some form of exercise. However you have already done this so he will take you straight to the next step. These steps are between you and him but its a possibility he will mention MEDICATION or as a very last resort SURGERY.
